Fitness

Fitness classes are designed to provide fun, non-competitive activities while developing and improving health and wellness.  Innovative programs provide strength training, cardiovascular exercise, balance, flexibility and sportsmanship.

This class focuses on all-around fitness and will help improve coordination, attention and self-esteem.

Parent participation is welcome. 

Ages 13 to 18.
