• Counseling & Social Services in Matawan and Eatontown – Closed
• The Community YMCA Administration and Arts & Outreach offices in Shrewsbury – Delayed opening at 10 a.m.
  After school Arts Enrichment programs follow host school closing decisions.
• Red Bank Family Health & Wellness Center – Delayed opening at 9 a.m.
