Pre-diabetes and Diabetes affect 1/3 of our country. The goal is to cut the probability of getting diabetes by up to 70% by promoting physical activity and healthy eating habits through a yearlong evidenced-based program. Join us at the Red Bank Y to learn more about your risk for developing diabetes and ways to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Program goals include:
> Reduce body weight by 7%
> Increase physical activity to 150 minutes per week
> Make other changes to improve overall health and well-being
