Build Confidence. Save A Life.

Build life-saving skills at the Red Bank Family YMCA with a Red Cross CPR certification. CPR, especially if performed in the first few minutes of cardiac arrest, can double or triple a person’s chance of survival. This class is designed to provide participants with proper life-saving techniques in an emergency situation.

At the end of the class, participants will earn an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers with Administering Emergency Oxygen and First Aid certification. Participants must be at least 15 years old to participate.
